All orders are processed within 3–6 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Crusy is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.

International Shipping
